Donna Hay is one of my favourite chefs. Her recipes, for the most part, end up tasting really, really good and are easy to make. In general, I find presentation the hardest thing to master, but that also depends on the recipe.
I’ve made this raspberry cake at least eight times now, and could easily eat the whole cake to myself…though I have yet to actually do so, as so far, it has been shared. I just took one out of the oven and am looking forward to some cake for breakfast tomorrow. I thought I would share the recipe, as it really is one worth trying, quick to make and pretty damn tasty.

Unpackaged is a London boutique grocery store, which started out as a market stall. It works like the bulk food section of your local store (they have a great selection of items), but they rely on customers to bring in their own packaging/containers.
